Our affirmation booklets are delivered as digital (PDF/electronic) products. Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned", we generally do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered and accessed.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may be 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in the suspension of access to digital products. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate issue promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or where a customer has previously received a refund for the same type of product.
